The engineers at TGA Development & Engineering, Inc. offer many years of experience.  We have provided engineering services for a number of public agencies. We have designed improvement plans in the City of Fontana, City
of Rancho Cucamonga, City of Moreno Valley, County of Riverside, Cucamonga County Water District, and the Eastern Municipal Water District.  TGA Development & Engineering, Inc. is a small firm operating under the belief that, as a smaller firm, we can better serve our clients.  TGA offers you a combined thirty (30) years in Civil Engineering Experience and over 40 years of construction experience.  The project managers that form the company have developed a positive reputation with public agencies that will be key to the success of your project.  The Engineers of TGA Development & Engineering, Inc. have established a successful civil engineering practice, specializing in land development while working within the City of Fontana and EMWD, just to name a few.  Our Engineers have been involved in Master Planned Communities.   Our engineers have successfully designed challenging arterial highways, sewer main lines, water distribution systems and master plan storm drains while providing innovative, cost effective and sustainable systems for private and public entities.
